Abstract
|

|
The purpose of this study is to help mothers who begin child-caring, and to prepare the basic data of the childcare through clarifying attributes or characteristics of ambiguous concept in childcare. In this study, I analyzed those based on
´ Doctoral candidate, College of Nursing Science, Ewha Women´s University
the steps of concept analysis by Walker & Avant(1988).
The result of this study are as follows.
First of all, the definable attributes of childcare are
(1) a series of caring activities for a child
(2) something that impacts upon the growth and development of a child
(3) something that needs to love and devote to child
(4) take cognizance of differently according to period, custom and the object
(5) take a social view of cooperation on the whole
(6) recognition an embryo or fetus to a person who has the dignity of his own in korea
And, the antecedents of the childcare are;
(1) to offer the environment which anyone can take care of a child
(2) recognition, a sense of responsibility, and the state of domestic economy for childcare
The result of childcare are;
(1) good growth in mentally and physically
(2) the attachment for a care-giver and the child
(3) satisfaction, affection, and pleasure of a child
(4) they can take well-being through to do their best for childcare
